My Bust is 42 inches, waist is 34 inches, hips is 44 inches, my shoulder to wrist (length) measurement is 23 inches but I would love for the ruffle end of the sleeve to fall over my hands (if that makes sense). I also would like for the romper to be 32 inches long (I'm 5 feet 7 inches tall). I want to make sure it covers my butt since I'm on the curvy side. I don't know if you remember, but I want the sleeves to be exactly like the other top you made for me.

create the waist tie to be adjustable? I would like to be able to tighten (sinch in or out) and loosen it.
