Order Processing

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order.  Special orders or large orders may require additional processing time. Expect an email within 4 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Suchada is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order.  Shipping costs to return the item is the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at designs@suchada.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
